The Wellington Group was formed in 1996 by Jerry Stout and Mark West to develop and operate Assisted Living Facilities throughout the United States. As the trend in assisted living moves toward a medical model, The Wellington Group finds itself well positioned to meet this criteria based on a history of over 20 years of exceptional long-term care experience operating Royal Care, Inc., a skilled nursing facility management company. The company has demonstrated strong capability to excel in a regulatory environment.
